If you see sea turtle hatchlings emerging from their nest, please watch from a distance. Allowing them to leave the nest naturally gives them the best chance at survival. Once they leave, they know what to do! Hatchlings will look for the brightest horizon to crawl towards the water- and interfering with their journey could cause them to lose their way, leaving them vulnerable to predators!
