Well, this seems to be an everyday thing. USGS found A8 last night (June 4th). They watched her lay 109 eggs then move and lay another 13. Kristen buried them next to the main clutch, see picture below. The 2 clutches are marked with sea grass.
So egg finder today was Donna and Judy. Diane P was looking too. I talked to visitors who are in one of the houses and they got to see the whole process. She said it was the highlight of her life. It is wonderful to be able to share with visitors. It will sure help them remember Gulf Shores. Keep up the good work.
