Jan Taylor (Laguna Key team leader) let me know that their team had nest B-28 on Wednesday, July 26th. They relocated 127 eggs. Lisa Graham (Orange Beach team leader) submitted this report of their 8th nest of this season yesterday, July 27th:

Yay!! H-8 was laid by Lola last night about 10:30 at the Holiday Inn Express. OBPD was called by Billy at the hotel. LOF (Leave Only Footprints) night crew heard the call and responded as well. I arrived as Lola was finishing up and Greg and I got her tag number which identified her as Lola tagged 6/4/17. She was a big girl crawl width measuring 40″. Nest area was staked off til morning. I had an 8am shotgun [start] this morning so missed all the fun. We had Mike and volunteers from Mississippi there for training. Understand eggs were found quickly and 99 were relocated. Thanks again to OBPD and LOF night crew for getting there to protect Momma T. So she could nest!!
Big thanks to our awesome team for all you do!!!
